    Send us the documents requirements you need for clearance.

    Arrange advanced payment after confirming Proforma Invoice.

    We will start production once confirmed your prepayment.

    All orders keep controlled under by our QC, then we will take pictures to show the package details to you.

  • How can I get a quote?

    Please inform which tapes / thickness / size / quantity you need. If you do not know the exact tape name, tell us the application / data sheet / pictures if you have. The more information, the better.

  • How can I get a sample? Is your sample free?

    If our quote is acceptable, please inform our sales of the samples requested. The samples with reasonable quantity are free of charge.

  • How will the cargos be packed normally?

    Jumbo rolls: wrapped with film+cardboards, then packed on pallets or loosely loaded in container according to your need;

    Log rolls: wrapped with film+cardboards or carton, then packed on pallets or loosely loaded in container.

    Cut rolls: shrink wrapped with film or with release liner in between two rolls; carton, then packed on pallets or loosely loaded in container.

  • What kinds of customized package are available?

    Customized package for cut roll:

  • What certificates do you own?

    We own ISO9001, CE certificate, SGS testing reports, etc.

  • Is it possible to visit your factory?

    Yes, we welcome you to visit us! To let you have a pleasant trip and know us well, for detailed schedule, please contact your sales.

  • Which port will my cargos be loaded?

    We have logistic bases near six ports in China: Dalian, Tianjin, Qingdao, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Fuzhou. We usually choose the loading port based on the jumbo roll stock quantity of our bases to ensure fastest delivery of your order.

  • Can we mix different tapes in one order?

    Mixing different tapes in one order is totally no problem for us. We aim to be your one stop buying center of adhesive tapes.

  • How can I place an order?

    After agree on price and product details (size, quantity, packaging, and etc), we will send you Proforma Invoice (Sales contract), also together with a file “Document for your order” to know the document list you need. Please sign the PI and send back together the file “Document for your order” document. For more details, please visit:

  • How many days can you finish production?

    It depends on the order quantities/sizes/packaging from 7 days to 45 days. For the exact order lead time, please contact your sales.

  • How can I pay you?

    Payment teams: T/T, LC (at sight, Term LC), DP, OA, Alipay, Paypal, West Union and etc. We can also accept payment by RMB. Different payment teams relate with different price levels. Credit payment term can only be accepted after approved by Sinosure (China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation).

  • How do you ship cargos?

    Shipping way by sea usually, also we can ship by air express/Air/train.

    EXW: you collect cargos from our warehouse and arrange shipping by yourself.

    FOB: you hire a forwarder in your local place and then your forwarder’s Chinese partner will contact us for shipping, we will responsible until cargos on board. Cost after cargos on board will be paid you.

    CFS: we arrange the shipping and pay shipping cost. Cargos will be deliveried to your local port, your local port fee and following fees will be paid by you. If you want get insurance, you can buy insurance by yourself, we will offer the relate shipments information.

    CIF: Same as CFS, but we will buy Insurance for you.

    DDP/DDU: we can also do this. For details, please contact your sales.

    Amazon: shipping directly to Amazon warehouse.

  • How do i get compensation if there is any damage?

    None factories can promise that they never face any complaint, if they are honest. Our attitude is that we do our very best to control the quality; however, in case there is any issue proved to be our fault, we are in the position to take the responsibility. Just contact your sales, they will instruct you to solve the issue. One time business is not what we are pursuing for. What we want is life-time cooperation with you.

  • How can I be a distributor?

    Please choose the products you want to distribute first and also your market are/ annual quantity, we will report to our top management. If it is approved, we will send you distributor agreement.
